ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS
At the heart of it, feeling anger is a deeply human experience. It's a powerful emotion that can often signal when something just isn't right. When we listen to our anger, at its healthiest, it can be a catlyst for positive meaningful change, help us stand up for ourselves and enable us to set important boundaries. But, it is also important to recognize that this same powerful emotion can feel overwhelming, transforming from a helpful messenger to something that feels dangerous and out of control. This is where Anger Management Therapy can help!
Working one-on-one, we'll gently explore what truly triggers your anger, uncover thoughts that fuel it and using Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) find healthier more effective ways to manage your anger. Anger Management Therapy spans 12 weeks with an hour (60 Minute) session each week. My deepest hope is to help you reclaim control so that anger no longer dictates your choices.
Doing anger management therapy means going on a journey of understanding and change. Whether you're navigating specific demands of the justice system with court-ordered support or you're simply looking for a compassionate space to better understand and manage your anger I would be honoured to walk alongside you.
